浙江大学是全国最早开展组织行为学、组织理论、人力资源开发与管理研究的单位之一。领导力与组织管理学科建设发端于1940年代国立浙江大学的工业组织心理学研究,具有悠久的历史传统和社会声誉。学科团队在组织理论、组织变革、全球领导力及战略性人力资源管理等领域开展了广泛的基础和应用研究,通过整合国际理论前沿进展与中国企业的本土管理实践,逐步形成以"文化传统、改革实践与组织管理理论相融合"的整体研究框架;同时,注重理论研究和实践应用的结合,将理论研究扎根于我国经济社会发展的转型变革中,不断丰富和发展组织管理相关的理论体系。
领导力与组织管理学系拥有坚实的研究基础和实力雄厚的学术队伍,现有教授8名,副教授8名和讲师2名;其中,博士生导师7人。近年来,本系教师团队承担了数十项国家自然科学基金和国家社会科学基金重点、面上和青年项目,在国内外重要学术期刊发表百余篇学术论文,为各级政府和企业提供应用对策研究数十项,在学术界和实务界具有重要的社会影响力。
领导力与组织管理学系秉承"培养引领中国未来发展的健康力量"的院训,致力于创造能够促进社会福祉和组织管理学科发展的新理论、新方法,为企业、政府、高校以及其他社会组织培养具有国际视野、创新能力、创业精神和社会责任的高级管理专业人才与未来领导者。

Department of Leadership and Organization Management
Among Chinese institutes of higher education, Zhejiang University is a reputable pioneer in the research fields of organizational behavior, organization theories, and human resource management. The Department of Leadership and Organization Management dates its disciplinary heritages back to the 1940s, when National Zhejiang University conducted some of the earliest studies in China in industrial and organizational psychology. This body of research has wide and deep-rooted social and intellectual impact. On this basis, and for the last seven decades or so, researchers at Zhejiang University have yielded a large number of exploratory and applied studies, dialoguing fruitfully with national and international colleagues in the fields of organization theories, organizational change management, global leadership and strategic human resource management. Past research has, in recent years, given rise to an emerging research orientation which links the university's intellectual heritages with China's reform practices, and with latest developments in management theories. Specifically, researchers of the department are keen to learn from indigenous managerial practices in China's booming private economy, and, by making sense of such practices, some of which seem so alien to established management theories, seek to add to our current stock of management knowledge on the one hand, and to further inform managerial practices in China on the other.
The Department of Leadership and Organization Management has a strong faculty in management research and teaching. Currently, the department consists of eight full professors, eight associate professors and two lecturers. Seven of our faculty members are Ph.D. supervisors. In recent years, our faculty members are involved in scores of research projects sponsored by the National Natural Sciences Fund and the National Social Sciences Fund. Research outcomes are published in more than a hundred high-level peer review journals, national and international; they have also generated scores of consultation papers for business and government organizations. The department has substantial impact in both academic and social arenas.
The School of Management of Zhejiang University aims at Cultivating the healthy power leading the future of China. Guided by this motto, the Department of Leadership and Organization Management devotes itself, on the one hand, to developing management theories that not only add to scientific knowledge, but perhaps more importantly, also enhance social wellbeings, and on the other hand, to nurturing students that would bring to business enterprises, government bodies, institutes of higher education and other social organizations what the School of Management understands as four essential ingredients of the healthy power: international perspectives, innovation capabilities, entrepreneurial spirits, and social responsibilities.
